Kim has spent more than 11 years in the travel industry in a variety of support, leadership, and education roles. Her background gives her a well-rounded view of what Travel Advisors need to succeed. She is CTA certified and lives in the Milwaukee area with her husband and their adventurous two-year-old daughter.
