Kyle is an experienced attorney specializing in contracts, business transactions, corporate law, and all aspects of travel law, including IC agreements and IC dispute/separation resolution, terms and conditions, planning fee, group and client agreements, seller of travel and other compliance issues, E&O insurance, vendor agreements, software licensing agreements, ARC/IATAN/CLIA accreditation, risk management and chargeback defense/mitigation. He has spoken at numerous travel industry events before hundreds of advisors, tour operators, destination management companies, host agencies, and other travel or travel-adjacent businesses, including at National Tour Association’s Travel Exchange, Educational Travel Consortium’s Annual Conference, Travel Market/TravelSavers, Ensemble HORIZONS, International Inbound Travel Association, and Travel A.L.L.I.E.S.
He also has significant experience with data protection and privacy, and all aspects of commercial real estate development, including development, leasing, financing, title, survey, environmental matters, and due diligence.
